Henk-Jan Muusse

Henk-Jan Muusse has operational experience in programme management, having served with MAF in Uganda and Kenya. He has a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Hogeschool in Haarlem and an MA in Missiology & International Development via All Nations Christian College in the UK. Henk-Jan has served for ten years in the Royal Netherlands Airforce and, as a Test Pilot School graduate, participated as a flight crew member in a major upgrade programme for the F16 aircraft. Henk-Jan joined MAF in 1992 and has served in a wide variety of roles such as line pilot, project manager, and aviation director. He is currently serving as MAF’s Regional Director for Africa. He is serving as a board member for Medair International and the MATC Flight School at Teuge airport in the Netherlands.

Dave Fyock

Dave joined the MAF International NL Board in November 2020. Over the years he has served on various advisory, governance and management boards and is a member of the board of PACTEC International, a Swiss NGO. A seasoned executive in the non-profit world, he and his family have spent almost three decades working with MAF across the globe. Dave is deeply committed to live out his Christian faith to see lives transformed. He currently serves as the CEO of MAF International, a UK registered charity.

Will Westra

Will joined the MAF International Board in 2020. He is also a member of the Board of Mission Aviation Training Centre in the Netherlands a preferred training provider for MAF in Europe. He previously served as a MAF Europe Trustee and a board member of MAF Netherlands. Will commenced his business career as a chartered accountant and worked more than 25 years in the audit profession. Since 2004 he is working as an independent consultant focusing on business intelligence and data modeling services.

Anna Beck

Anna joined the MAF International Board in 2019 when the Stichting was formed. She spent her early years as a child to missionary doctors serving in Asia, and grew to share their passion to see Jesus’s love shared across our world. Following university, Anna trained as an accountant with Deloitte. She worked across blue chip, commercial and non-for-profit sectors in audit and business advisory and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales. Anna has several years’ experience as a trustee/treasurer for other not-for-profit organisations. She joined MAF in 2013, has served in her current role as Chief Finance Officer since January 2017 and thrives on using her skills to serve the isolated communities through MAF.
